If it is Astron I'd prefer they pay for the privilege on a plant by plant basis rather than looking for a cheap entry into the technology and accumulating too much stock to give them some decision making capacity. I suppose with the top 30 having such a strong hold on the register it wouldn't be easy but wouldn't want to risk it.
