fed ALP literally spending more in billions on defence, much of it which will flow to the NT

the NT has a culture problem not a govt problem.. lots of transient people make it difficult to create stability

lifestyle or 'way of life' is not an expectation I have of govt.. 'protection' is not an expectation I have of govt

furthermore, crime is generally a socio economic phenomena and that applies to the whole country not just the NT.. very difficult for govts to 'fix'

let's face it the weather determines the fortunes of the inhabitants of the NT more than any other factor

I'm surprised NT residents don't blame the govt for that
