You may want to take a look at UCL, Bankable Feasibility Study on the Iran deposit is underway with the aim for the BFS to be complete and signed off later this year. If the BFS comes in as expected then there is about a 1:20 ratio currently between mkt cap and NPV of UCL's share of the project - ie company is currently valued at 4cps but NPV of project is expcted to be around 60 -80cps.
If Zinc stocks have a rally then there could be a lot of upside here. Plenty of sovereign and company risk so you wouldn't bet the house on it.
