so, ATC was 14% better than 3tc when m184v and >3 tams

>3 tams are associated with significant resistance to azt, d4t, 3tc, ftc, tdf, abc and ddi

did i miss any there!?!

or in other words, just about ALL other NRTIs, except ATC and some toxic nasties, so pts left with only 2 active drugs from other classes

based on the frequency of >3 tams in phiib, that would be about 40-45% of those with m184v resistance, plus others without m184v as 3rd most common resistant mutation (ATC also active against the top 2, m184v and the nnrti mutation k103n)
