You raise a good point and one that I have pondered. I think that BOW's words encouraging shareholders to accept are designed to let any other suitors know that they are in play to be sold.

i.e. BOW are up for definite sale.

PS. I have been worried about this forthcoming recession. But I have always thought that with a transition to lower cost natural gas and with the help of the BRIC countries that the world can progress.

I have just seen a very encouraging CNBC interview with Eike Batista , Brazil's oil Baron. Very encouraging.

Gas is a good place to be.
