Well according to Morningwank APT is 130% overvalued. Are people that stupid? I don't think so. So c'mon you observers in the stalls, you critics on the bleachers, get real, and be critically honest by saying I don't know. Interest rates are almost zilch, and will be that way for yonks, so the smart operators, are taking full advantage of that to turn a quid. Governments right now are s**t scared to regulate the BNPLs because the economy is hanging by a thread, so despite the noise, Let the dogs bark, the Caravan moves on.
