Not sure I agree with you pokerface.

He has firstly transferred 2.85 million unlisted options from himself to Hatched Creek Pty Ltd.

Then he has transferred 1 million ordinary shares from himself to the Ace Trust.

That leaves 1.6 million ordinary shares which he has sold off market for $510,000.

TNG sp looking very sick today with a trade just going through at 28 cents. While I appreciate volume is tiny, it will take a re-rating of this stock to see the value get back to where it started, rather than where it should be (I think it should currently be around 60 cents or market cap of aroud $110-$120 million).
