As annoyed as I am at management raising a piddly amount at such a discount to such a depressed share price after 2hrs of trading on great news that's been awaited for 2 odd years, I think you'd only be selling yourself short if you sold down here.
So much going for mel from here despite what seems like a short sighted decision by management, they now have some money large reserves with the huge possibility of increasing them and a green light from Government now.
