That's assuming they sell heads in VTX to then convert the options to a share in VTX. It doesn't really make sense though as if the head drops, what is the actual incentive to convert? Reduce your head unit value maybe but why when the heads value overall would also drop based on your suggestion...

I think it's only a matter of time before we see this at its 52 week high. I hope it doesn't drop yet .5c drop in the grand scheme of things wouldn't concern me as I think this has significant long term value.
