Absolutely no reason for this to happen. Option holders could have exercised and "dumped" any time, and likely would have when the heads were up past 6.
A significant volume of options has traded since the last were converted, do you think they'd be doing this now simply to make an extra few percent when they offload? Make's no sense as the risk you run by waiting for conversion would be too great to justify the small bonus. Any options being traded now would simply be prospective MT/LT buyers looking for a discount and know the SP will remain stable or move towards the upside.
Can you explain why an option holder would be any more or less likely to want to sell their heads now than a head holder?
On another note some very interesting trading this arvo, not entirely sure what to make of it but the games seem to be erring on the side of capping the price, usually this has meant a move upwards is near and final attempts at accumulation are being made, the action late was a deliberate attempt to close it low. Buying support at these levels remains impressive.
