I'm not an expert but I believe that 'Uncontracted Gas' doesn't necessarily mean that they've been unable to get contracts. It is more likely IMHO that they've decided not to contract it all out at this stage. It would make sense, I think, to contract out a percentage of the expected production, let's say for example, 60 to 75% to give some surety to the cash flow models and hold the rest back to sell on the spot market as production starts up, thus benefitting from strong demand should that occur.
