Pretty certain its Bergen selling out.
Trades are marked OSXT which means overseas crossing.
a)Either they bought US stock and are getting it converted over to Australia;
b)or have sold US stock, and are 'delivering' with Aus stock
Now, 100m AU shares is 3.33m US shares
Given that there's only 2.6m~ shares in the US ADR, it can only be scenario b). Since Bergen is the only holder with that many shares.
The range of prices from 14 to 12 shows they've been selling for the past few days.
On the plus side, they've sold 1/2 of their orig 200m shares. Which means they've finished with the selling?
