They are due a payment of about 1.4 million from the Angola government in the next couple of months aug or sept from last ann. so that will give them a bit more cash to get the exploration ramped up.
As the world economy picks up again the diamond price will follow, As there has be a reduction in diamond out put due to lower demand when things start picking up again there will be a supply shortage and should start to give support to the SP.
Agreed it has fallen alot over the last 3 years but remember at the start of 2007 it was trading at 50 cents so there was plenty of chance to exit for a nice profit if you got in at 20 cents as you say.
Exploration takes time i will hold for the moment.
