    The difference between me & Frankie was that I was right and he was wrong.

    I predicted the first crash and the subsequent rally from March lows.

    He missed the rally.

    So did a lot of bears mind you.

    I didn't.

    I sold in November.

    I am pretty much all cash bar one small gold stock.

    Mish's post is pretty bearish about the OZ property bubble.
