    I might be wrong here but after reading the asx aware letter and knowing the deceitful past of management, I assumed they totally made up the complexity of the FC arrangement to try to explain away the fraud. FC are a compnay that provide factor financing on debtors and i just assumed that they had a normal factoring arrangement with big
