    Wise Owl emailed a spec buy on VLA to all its mailing list just before the price jump. On the basis of that I was going to jump in myself at 0.053 to ride the elevator with the guaranteed influx of wise owl subscribers who would jump in. But I dithered. Too late for now. Does Wise Owl know something, I pondered. No more than anyone else by their analysis sheet:
