AGM occurred way back in very early October, which coincidentally was just days after people had exercised their options ... but of course didnt "officially" have the right to vote or have a proxy at the AGM ...
Ever since then it has fallen to just above the options exercise price of 5c and has stayed around that price since.
People such as myself have been waiting for an announcement on this stock that will enable the price to travel deep into 6c and beyond ... if you have the patience, then hopefully we will have been rewarded by sticking around after seeing it hit some struggling lows in October and November.
