Very theoretical and very unlikley that NASDAQ will be deferred. Amex has given us ample reasons why it will happen in Q4. If it is delayed a little by the US market conditions .. it will only be delayed not "deferred indefinitely". And IF it is deferred it will be deferred to achieve the best outcome and for good reason. I'm absolutely certain that TZ do not want to remain on ASX. Their staff (other than a couple of Aussie directors), business and customers are all in US, Europe and Asia already.
