I agree Forlan - the IPo is to get new capital to setup a bigger business and working capital to carry large debtors (arising from large turnover) and large inventory (to fulfill large turnover).
Those blue chips will be dealing with them now not only because of the technology but because they have told them they are going to list.

I have thought hard about IPO being delayed but they just won't for those reasons and also the fact they need to get the business out of Australia for the visibility - think about it - if they were an American Corporation they could delay, choose their time, but being on ASX is exactly why they won't delay so they are seen as equals to their customers.
