Not DKR....I think you mean QVT. I think it was mentioned in a previous post that QVT is actually up in Feb '09 ...12 months after they finalised and got the cash (not 12 months from when the agreement was announced in Dec '08)
With CS, I assume it would be a simple matter of extending the contract for another 3 months. I doubt that it would be a deal breaker.
