From todays announcement, these points tell me that feasibility studies are underway as the company is moving from small plant thinking into longer terms solutions for a larger plant:
"...with JC Steele providing O&M services and support, and being recognised as ECT?s preferred supplier as it moves toward establishing Coldry plants around the world".
" ECT (wil be) able to further inform and refine the commercial design of the Coldry technology, improving capital and operational cost estimates AT A COMMERCIAL SCALE due to improved configuration and tuning of extruders in line with the characteristics of subject coals".
Its clear that they have been toying with commercial Coldry Plant needs - don't you think? And while this new synergy serves the company as a way of providing the highest quality test products to send around the world, it also informs the Tincom deal and the feasibility study etc. Its killing two birds with one stone at the very least and the above statements have 'commerciality' firmly in its sights no matter how you look at it.
