Regarding the placement to SI's, I can think of a few other companies that have done a capital raising to SI's and the SP has languished:
# HOG CR at 37c, SP now at 31c.
# GXY at $1.10, SP now at 80c
# TXN at 67c, SP now at 62.5c.
I'm still making up my mind if SI stands for sophisticated investor or sucker investor.
