    Anyone know why Talison's sp has dropped and is now trading 3.5% below the takeover price? A 3.5% gain is not a bad for holding shares for 1 month with zero downside risk. Wish I could buy some. Or is there a chance shareholders may vote against the takeover on 27 Feb?
