I guess to put it a little less technically the believers who then became unbelievers at the lower prices are waiting for the .06 level to once again become believers at the higher prices and are happy to be accommodated by the believers at the lower prices who then once again become unbelievers and sell in order to throughly confuse the issue! LOL
