That is an extremely consequential statement Gryphon. Could you please advise us what was the actual nature of your reply from the company?

You are saying that management is more concerned about the share price than the impact of those options lapsing??

That seems very difficult to comprehend. All of their "incentives" are based upon the exercise of those options, yet they are telling us that they are more concerned about the share price than those "incentives" being not worth the paper that they are printed on and the loss of a potential easy $50 million, when they are down to their boot laces financially. When all they have to do is to extend the exercise date by 12 months or so??

It is telling the market that they do not think that the share price will reach .055 within the next couple of years!! That's what it is telling us.
What effect does that have on the share price, compared to a simple extension of the expiry date??

If management are so share price conscious, at .015, it seems that they are doing very little to increase that share price.

As you have posted that comment, would you please do us all a favour and provide us with the exact nature of your communication, who made that statement and in what form was it made to you.

To my mind, that type of comment from management is tantamount to being price sensitive and should be made formally to the market and not just via "communication" to a private individual!!!
