The Top20 shareholders hold more than 60% of the company so I don't see that any potential suitors for RWD would expect to pick up the company at these SP levels.
Reward has a few irons in the fire now and is probably going to be the best placed Australian SOP company once the Tech is properly validated, the patent is granted and also once a solar salt, fertilizer and or desalination company deploys the RWD tech.
IMHO, exciting times are in place for RWD
