Ridley corp has been quiet for a while, the trading volumes on Friday suprised.
Most of the volume was done at 1.06 with the buyer unsatisfied looking for 157,000 at 1.06.
I'd suggest it is one of the substaintial shareholders taking advantage of the low price to buy more at these levels.
Pg 26 of the annual report has Ridley Corp land holdings these are very impressive with appox 3,000 acres in the Melbourne growth corridor.
This will no doubt satify the most secpitical of shareholder.
