Some perspective:

An ascending triangle (bullish pattern) had formed on the chart. Many day traders would have been eyeing this pattern forming for a couple offered weeks. Last Tuesday the triangle broke 24.5 c (again bullish) Volume increased that day as one would expect on a break out. However it seems the break was a false one and price fell back to the previous range. On Friday volume was approx the same as it was on Tuesday when price broke to the upside. Day traders get in day traders get out...this is just a day in the life of a spec stock. Volume on both Tuesday and friday was about half of one percent of issues shares. If you are talking about big volume days then this is a hair on the leg of a gnat.
