The volume being traded today and on Wednesday is encouraging. Once the "risk factor" is reduced, we should see this stock continue its upward trend. Real Estate sales have had a record month in February'10. I would predict a 5% rise in WA from Jan'10. Dunsborough has recorded some strong sales this summer, many of which are yet to settle. We should have a better idea on how this has impacted on APZ in their quarterly report (to end of March). Share price should be well above 50c by then.
