I definately agree, we may all hate the metric bow is going for and feel we are being robbed,
but they opened the data room and no one has stepped up to show that this IS in fact robbery.
otherwise they would/will.
As for never wanting to become a producer, of course not. look at the grief of doing that, compared to the takeovers of past (not including esg.) You don't see the same share price growth that you do from starting out and exploring, to producing, look at arrow look at qgc.
I would have been disappointed personally for Bow to go through into production phase due to capital intensive and dilution. However, i always expected a better metric, which is my only beef with the current proceedings, otherwise if they were getting 40 cents/PJ, i would be dancing in the street and praising the board for not getting into production, along with every other shareholder.
