the whole t/o is underhanded and where are our regulators to investigate these type of transactions before a low ball offer arises,they just do not give a rats arse,they allow bot to manipulate the share price and hold it down and our what u call directors bend over for the sake of their back pockets,how disgracefull it leave a sour taste in our mouths that this is occuring and nobody cares and they have the cheek to say the market is regulated but for whose favor.
