"Arrow made it a condition that BOW stop drilling because of the poor wet season forecast"

To me that is a load of hogwash about the bad weather.
I became a shareholder in BOW because of the permits that they acquired and the prospects of reserves that they continually plugged to the market.
Now its "down tools" so that they wont increase any more reserves before january.
That to me is not in shareholders interests.They are already under the control of Arrow.
