Theres a time to hold them and theres a time to fold them boys and I wouldnt be caught holding property atm. I have been an investor and made significant profit and now have a small mortgage and I cant help but feel for the people we offloaded our investment property to in 2008. They have seen little growth in the last four years.... so much for the 7 year and my property should double rule.
