    Once again, a quick off-the-cuff response with no proof about early works. Even if it were true it is not THE contract.

    Let’s see.… Would NAG allow a couple of weighbridges to get in the way of a $500 million contract? I doubt it. Not an issue but that doesn’t stop you from trying to make it one does it?

    once again, who else can take all that PASS?
