Well we don't know for sure if it was the Chinese delegation yet; but with the transport used it was a big group aand probably not just a working party.
I thought that Brazaka did have a plane but don't know for sure; it doesn't really matter anyway. I am hoping that the website gets heaps of data and pictures very soon and is kept up to date.
