    Does anyone know if there is a required period of notification prior to an AGM? I haven't found anything specific...

    Last year's AGM was on the 28th of November so presumably Monday woudl still be ok if it were a months notice...Maybe they need to extend the deadline?

    Any thoughts? Its gone awful quiet today.
