Big week for AUJ/O with the commencement of drilling at silverwood with an estimated 7.4mmbbls plus 13bcf potential! Situated between 2 other successful oil finds which had more gas than expected and some had complete gas blowouts! Summary below of AUJ/O and the short term potential this oil and gas play has:

- Undiluted MC of 14ml with almost 9mil cash equivalent.

- The prospect lies beneath a producing well, North Edna Field, which was first discovered in 1954. This has produced approx 7 MILLION barrels of oil!

- AUJO ex price 25c, heads at 35c, so the options are 10c in the money and still over 300% off their highs of 21.5c 6 weeks ago before drilling delays and the market correction occurred, AUJ has recovered a bit while AUJO is still way undervalued. People are just starting to take notice as per Fridays trading. Spudding this week should heat things up!

- Matthew walker who pumped VILO to it's dizzying heights has purchased 7.5mil options he just finished buying up last week as per recent announcement!

- The top 3 hold 50% and the top 20 hold 95% of the options and imo will be looking to convert rather than trade which leaves them tightly held and primed to run hard with the heads when drilling starts this week!

- Their operating partner is Pass Petroleum who was also the same operator for VIL/GGP's Fausse Point drill.. I like chance of success with the previous silverwood hydrocarbon hits, Louisianna geology and the drilling operators history.

There is still big volume on SSN, VIL, JPR and GDN atm but it won't be long at all till the attention is switched onto AUJ, GGE and PAA. Traders should start realising where the new heat in Oil n Gas is soon and imo AUJ is the best short term play out there.
