    Remember that there has been a big dilution at the (outrageously cheap, bad timing +bad luck)issue price of 3c, so that there is quite a bit more stock on hand now than when it traded >12cents.
    However, EMS are also making measurable progress and are about to deliver results. This is a fundamentally much more valuable company than one year ago.
