They are obviously hoarding the cash too for some purposes.
As with NT last week I was surprised that the equipment funding came from borrowing when you consider there was $10M in the bank and only $2M spent.
I suppose its all about return on capital, borrow the money and get a high return from everyday items, invest your own cash (which you cant borrow) on the big vision items (eg mine expansions/acquisitions).
Hope the general market stays up though. looking a bit shakey.
