Doesn't matter what we think.
Just trying to understand the mechanics of this.
COP will get there money on time.
Just trying to understand how an exension could be granted.
Flying kites here but could it be that WPL acquested knowing that say Total/shell or someone had a deal with CNE/FAR that was going to cut them out. Granted approval for extension in terms of the WPL - COP agreement so as to keep them in the game. Or has this already been suggested and I'm just slow on the uptake??
