Let's say there is an extension clause.
If you are WPL, would you agree? I would think not, because they've already decided on the purchase, and giving the extension only makes it easier for its derailment. I think WPL is the only one that can decide
on this. COP won't care where the money is coming from.
But for our sake, I hope it's true and FAR/CNE is just waiting for the bankers' confirmation or a knight's blessing.
