Of course there won't be anything written into the WPL-COP agreement or the JV Agreement about extensions.
That would be like agreeing to agree which defeats the purpose of an agreement, contracts 101.
However subsequently, parties to an Agreement can amend the agreement or agree to any thing they like
by mutual agreement.
