Dott as LOM shareholders I would suggest we are doing both trying to act ahead of what may be announced and acting on what is announced. At least that's what I am doing.
Don't know where you got your predominant notion from as blind Freddy could see that holders have been consistently making decisions without announcement.
Now if you had said "I thought the trick with spec stocks was to keep bagging them to drive the price down so as to then pick up some stock at below the true value" that I could understand coming from you.
