International events do not favor Lynas when one looks at third world countries.
Take the recent events in DRC ...the congos.
The government there has over ruled previous law binding contracts with regards to minerals, mainly cobalt. Seems to me kitty will do likewise in Malaysia. Lynas's five year plan to build a C&L plant in Oz will double the waste already in Malaysia should the Lamp get a stay to operate. Public out-cry could be a factor. Dumb me wonders why 15 months in Texas is a big deal?
