I'm not sure Yeo would want to go to court. Can you imagine the questions?
1)Why do Lynas need to export the fertilizer when you allow Malaysia to import a similar product.
2) why haven't you visited the LAMP when you seem to have plenty of time to visit plastic waste facilities.
3) why are you not putting similar conditions on Petronas, their waste is far more radioactive.
4) Will you except waste back into Malaysia from other countries that process Malaysian petroleum products and palm oil.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a last minute deal to avoid court.
