I could be wrong, but my reading was this was not a court appeal, I assumed Lynas were formally appealing to MESTECC against the imposition of their new license pre-condition to remove WLP residue. Can anyone confirm? (the other pre-condition re: NUF has already been dealt with)
If so, the way I see it is it can go two ways. Either Lynas and MESTECC are already in agreement regarding Lynas proposed solution and the “appeal” is a formality to accept this. Or there is no such agreement and Lynas are being forced to go down this route as a last resort to call Yeo’s bluff and make her illogical, openly biased position 100% official so she can be sacked and replaced by a competent and experienced minister who will allow Lynas to continue business as per Dr M’s instructions. Should be interesting.
