I believe so. I’m not entirely sure if the appeal is to the independent Malaysian Court system (which would be a slam dunk to Lynas) or an internal MESTECC matter “The statute requires that this initial appeal is lodged with the Minister of MESTECC.” which is more like appealing your red card with the same referee who just gave you an early bath.
Anyone clarify?
