they have a projected loss for the second half, no divy in sept. which insto will park his cash here, they have no plan to tackle the down turn , bar for laying off contractors , the demand for hot rolled coil is dead , china is dumping millions of tons in virtually every country , pushing prices down , the placement wasn't even taken up in full , they have a long way to go , we may see $1 yet
