I doubt that would happen. the RBA is not reforming the ATM...

    I doubt that would happen. the RBA is not reforming the ATM industry so that ATM Users can pay a multiple of what they are currently paying in transaction fees. the purpose is to make it cheaper and more transparent. I would find it hard to fathom that the RBA will implement reforms enabling banks to charge their customers $7 for using a foreign ATM. Surely that will destroy Customers. Why would you ever use a foreign ATM?
