I don't know enough about this yet, but will post back to you when I do. At first glance, it looks like a matter relating to the other partner, and their sale of shares to OZB (between KNL and the other partner, we own 3D Graphtech Industries on a 50/50 basis, I think). Given the research nature of the 3D printing, I'd suggest it's got something to do them with not being able to find any more money to keep their research commitments going. As far as I'm aware this isn't going to materially affect KNL, and I note that KNL highlighted the CSIRO potentially finding 2 key commercial opportunities for 3D printing in their last quarterly activities report (released 16/1), and their last presentation (19/12), and they would have distanced themselves from 3D Graphtech Industries if there was a problem that would have come back to bite us, I reckon.
